boo hoo.

i just tried to call my former cell phone company to cancel my contract and, man, do i feel bad. i know, i'm too sensitive. but each customer service person's voice quivered just a little - i started to think that they'd get fired if they processed my cancellation. gee whiz. it's nothing personal. i just want better coverage in my house.
